Love all the stuff in this shop, however the staff are extremely unwelcoming and rude. Felt very uncomfortable in store which is a shame considering the items are so lovely!

Just popped into Fox & Feather for the first time in ages. Full of really lovely pieces but I did not enjoy the experience as neither of the two sales assistants could be bothered to say hello or even acknowledge my presence. At all! Just carried n looking at their phones and chatting. Felt quite awkward so I left. No 1 rule in retail - your customers should be your absolute 1st priority. Some serious customer service training required in this place!! A real shame and not a nice experience 😐

I order on line a mustard jug and it arrive two days later. Fully informed of delivery and the item turned up all in one piece. It was well wrapped and the hand written personal note was a nice touch. Would order again and when in Bristol will go and visit the shop
