They lack communication. Takes days to get back to you. They do not explain anything and ended up costing more then turbo tax filing which takes 15 minutes. I wanted to use them for my upcoming 10-99 filing but they could not even prove to file my W2 taxes efficiently. I rarely write bad reviews but when it comes to my time and money I do not play games. I work in healthcare where I have upwards of 30 exams a day working multiple jobs. I need a CPA I can trust. This company broke my trust do to their failed communication skills, incompetency and inability to explain anything. Contacting them almost seemed like a burden on their end. No thank you. Enjoy my $300 for not even filing with you. Don’t worry, they charge you upfront to do a terrible job and cost you more money.
