Highly unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. The waxing itself was excessively painful. When I expressed concern, I was told that discomfort is normal, despite my having prior waxing experience without issues. The following day, my skin was torn and scabbing, which is not a normal result and indicates poor technique. I have left two messages with the business and received no response. Due to the lack of follow up and concern, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Most concerning was the conversation occurring outside the treatment room. Staff were openly discussing their sexual exploits and explicit personal matters within clear earshot of clients. This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional in a setting that should prioritize comfort, hygiene, and discretion. I will not return and do not recommend this business. It has taken me 3 months to post this review as I was hoping management would reach out and address the lack of professionalism.

I have been twice so far and have received awesome service from Nadja both times. She is very knowledgeable and professional and helps to make everything as painless as possible. Everyone is friendly and the environment itself is welcoming and clean. Highly recommend!

I’m a first timer here both to this type of service and this company and I’m so happy and grateful that this was my first experience and a positive one at that! The place was very clean, the staff were super-helpful and kind, and my aesthetician was sensitive enough to recognize my vulnerability and she explained everything clearly which put me at ease and she was quick, efficient, and took great care. The service was so good that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return.

I absolutely love this laser clinic! The staff are so lovely, professional, and make me feel comfortable every single visit. The space is super clean and welcoming, and they always take the time to explain everything and answer any questions I may have. My results have been amazing — I used to struggle so much with my hair, and now I don’t have to worry about it anymore. I’ve gained so much confidence thanks to them. Highly recommend!

I was visiting home and needed a last-minute waxing appointment, and Foxy Box absolutely saved the day! The receptionist was unbelievably friendly, and so accommodating. she went out of her way to squeeze me in even though I booked last minute. Ibwas greeted with such a positive vibe that it instantly made me feel comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the clients and loves what she does. The whole team was professional, clean, and efficient. I walked out feeling extremely impressed. If you’re in Hamilton, whether you live here or you’re just visiting like I was, theyll treat you good .
