Smiles and speedy service! I'm new to the waxing game, but I will definitely be continuing to come here for my future waxing needs. All the staff is very kind and the whole place rocks a "nothing to worry about, we're here for you" vibe. Solange does amazing work, absolutely love her attention to detail and easy going demeanor. She instantly made me feel comfortable and my nerves disappeared.

I had a great experience at Foxy Box Wax & Laser in Burnaby, and the front desk lady truly made it stand out! She was warm, welcoming, and super helpful from the moment I walked in. She greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude set the tone for the entire visit, and I left feeling taken care of. Highly recommend this place

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and I can’t recommend them enough! The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and professional, making every visit feel comfortable. I always book my sessions with Malinda, and she is truly the best. She’s so professional and makes the process effortless, but honestly, it just feels like I’m hanging out and catching up with a friend. I appreciate her so much!

If I could give more than five stars to Foxy Box Mount Pleasant, I absolutely would. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun — which is something I never thought I’d say about a waxing appointment. The space is spotless, stylish, and surprisingly calming, and the team goes above and beyond to make the whole experience feel effortless. I have to give a special shoutout to Dana, who is truly a superstar. She’s professional, incredibly skilled, and has that perfect mix of friendliness and confidence that instantly puts you at ease. Her technique is fast, precise, and somehow makes even the spiciest services feel totally manageable. She explains everything clearly, checks in often, and you always leave feeling taken care of and looking flawless. Every visit feels like catching up with a friend who happens to be an absolute expert at what she does. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it — Foxy Box Mount Pleasant (and especially Dana) is the place to go. Could not recommend it more.
