I had my winter tires installed at Frank’s Tires last Thursday, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. I had owned my vehicle for only FIVE DAYS when I brought it in. When I picked it up, there was a deep, clearly visible gouge scraped into my rear wheel well—damage that was 100% NOT there before my appointment. When I immediately brought this to their attention, the response was unbelievably dismissive. They flat-out denied responsibility, despite the fact that the damage was fresh, obvious, and directly aligned with the timing of their work. No accountability. No investigation. No professionalism. Just denial. I have now been advised that this damage will cost approximately $600 to repair—an expense I should never be facing for simply getting my tires changed. This has been incredibly stressful and upsetting—especially given that this is a brand-new vehicle to me. Instead of taking ownership or even showing basic concern, I was treated like a problem rather than a customer whose property was damaged by their shop. This experience showed a serious lack of integrity and customer care. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to stand behind their work. I would strongly warn anyone considering this place: take detailed photos of your car before AND after, because if damage happens, you may be left to deal with it alone. I deeply regret trusting this shop and would never return or recommend Frank’s Tires to anyone.

One of the best kept secrets in Hamilton. I have a Nissa Titan and for 4 tires with tax my husband and I pain $1350.00. Same day service, we only waited 40 mins tires off and new ones on and balanced.

This place is great. I got a great price on tires and was treated to a great experience. They don’t take appointments but provide good advice on when to come. I got some good advice on selecting a snow tire. I had to special order them as it was an odd size but their price anything in the Golden Triangle. The best part was I was and out in less than a hour. They confirmed the tire pressure settings were as per the spec and they even offer to reforge the wheels after I driven the car. These people know tires and service. They not only met my high standards they exceeded them.

Amazing service, quick fast and very fair prices. I literally went to Princess Auto right beside them and it would’ve cost me $660 for three tires. No install however with the install Frank’s tires did that for $430 taxes in for 3 new trailer tires
