Worst insurance for starters my car got hit and did all the steps I was supposed to do gave them all the info from the other driver at that and still told me I had to pay and that it don’t cover even though I’m paying for full coverage! Second they always call me to pay the insurance every month but never called me for the renewal that I was never aware of so they charged me like $40 extra but stay calling for that month payment make it make sense can’t even accommodate third can’t never pay on line what’s the point on giving that option if can’t even pay on line ?! If I can give them a zero I would!!!

Fred loya Insurance Sucks!!! I recommend canceling and going with another Insurance provider. I was told I had uninsured motorists one day and the following day I found out I didn't. They slipped the Declaration page with out explanations of what I was signing. NOT GOOD! I spoke to another guy and they did the same thing to him. Be Careful when Signing Documents and make your you have the option of uninsured motorists.

Driving on 580 and I see a Fred Loya insurance car. The girl driving first cut me off while I was merging on!!! Then she isn't even paying attention to the road and has her nose stuck in her phone for the duration that i was driving behind her. Swerving all over the lane. Car ID# 3398. You need better drivers. Aren't y'all an insurance company? Do better
