Senior Case Manager John Williams did a wonderful job helping me out! I got the treatment I needed and even though it was a long process they made it so simple for me!! A wise man (John) once told me “if someone tells you they are too busy tell them, that is NOT ACCEPTABLE!” and John sure lived by that!
