Raffaela and Trini are miracle workers. Despite severe back pain I had been dismissed by nhs GP (see our physio), nhs physio (wouldn’t examine me, said was fibro flare up and would only refer me to pain clinic telephone service), orthopaedic consultant (mri clear, probably nerve, it will probably improve, discharged me), and private spinal specialist orthopaedic surgeon (mri clear, said it was muscular, discharged me despite my request for further assessment). Raffaela and Trini have worked so hard to get to the bottom of the pain, and not dismissing my experiences. They have used so many different techniques, and today when I saw Raffaela and she managed to replicate the pain I experience and so identify the cause, I could have cried with relief. I am now getting the right help I need, seeing the right consultant next week, and most importantly to me - I now know what I can and can’t do safely while the is injury is recovering. My conditions aren’t straight forward, and often don’t follow text books. But these two physios are so experienced, qualified, and so interested in what they do, that they can somehow figure me out!

Had two treatment sessions for Sciatica, Acupuncture, Cupping, massage. Absolutely amazing, literally felt better after one session. Great, friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend and will be returning to keep up with my wellbeing.

I spend most of my day working at a desk, and I also train regularly at the gym. Over time, that combination has led to stiffness and an occasional injury. Martin has been a huge help in keeping me moving freely, my joint mobility and recovering from any injury. He takes the time to understand both my work and lifestyle, tailoring his treatment so I can stay active. After sessions with him, I’ve noticed real improvements in mobility and reduced discomfort, which has made a big difference both at work and in the gym. I’d highly recommend Martin to anyone who spends long hours at a desk or is active and wants to stay on top of their recovery. His expertise and supportive approach have been invaluable!

I've been seeing Jenn at Freedom Clinic for the past few weeks and I just want to say how lovely she's been when I see her. She's very patient centred and it's evident she cares alot about her clients. My pain has definitely eased since starting too. I'm really grateful for the service so far 😊

I was welcomed by Kiran whose smile and kindness was delivered immediately, very professional and lovely chat while waiting as I was very early. I was treat my Trinni who was INCREDIBLE. I felt listened too, she made sure she understood exactly what my problems are, explained very clearly and in detail what she was doing and why. I have left feeling much better than I did walking in, from the treatment and the wonderful interactions, thank you so much! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
