Great service. Me and my archery team officers chose to do something fun for the members close to the end of the semester, so we chose Archery Tag. I chose the warehouse pickup option and they were pretty lenient with when I was late because of traffic. They were really helpful with helping get all the equipment ready and loaded into my truck and ran me through how to put stuff together and set stuff up. We had a lot of fun and they wanted to know how it went. Then the next day I came back and returned everything, and that was that. Really good service and good quality equipment. I highly recommend checking them out.

I would 100% use Freedom Fun USA again because of the amazing service provided by O’Shay and Justina the day of the vent. They were communicative, not only on time, but early…. super accommodating, hardworking and overall just a pleasure to work with. They truly made the process and event seamless. I look forward to working with them again for future events! Thank you guys again!

I am a community manager for a neighborhood in McKinney, and one event that I look forward to every year is National Night Out. We had Freedom Fun USA come out to do this event, and they knocked it out of the park! Everyone was so friendly to work with, pricing was very reasonable, and to my knowledge not one single snafu in the whole process. I highly recommend using this company if you have some sort of event coming up and need some family friendly entertainment! Thank you for assisting us to put on a successful National Night Out 2025!

I might of left a review previously but here it is in case I didn’t before. Our communication with Freedom Fun USA was quick and responsive. The nerf battle event was a great success for our school. Everyone had SO much fun. Mr. O’Shay was great too; super patient with the kids, super helpful, and very quick to set everything up. We will be using Freedom Fun USA again!

The kids had so much fun playing laser tag! This was an awesome idea to bring laser tag to you. We had so many fun battles. They provided us with everything we needed and more to have a great time. We will definitely be using Freedom Fun USA again and recommending them to other people. Justina was very courteous and helpful throughout the entire process, and answered all our questions quickly.
