I had left a good review; however, I’d like to follow-up. After my service, I noticed one of my vents were put back upsidedown… I reached I’m out to have them fix (recall, we have a warranty, and was given the run-round since the service was completed on 12/15/25… not replying for days... Offering 1x a week that didn’t work… I paid $1800 to have my entire system cleaned, and they can’t come fix their mistake… wild.

I had my air ducts cleaned by Eric and Zion, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and very thorough. The entire process was done cleanly and efficiently, and they made sure everything was spotless before they left. You can tell they take pride in their work — the air in my home feels noticeably fresher already. I really appreciate how courteous and detail-oriented they were, explaining each step and answering all my questions. I highly recommend Eric and Zion to anyone looking for top-quality, professional air duct cleaning.

UPDATE: I’ve tried calling over 5 or 6 times asking to speak to the manager to call me back & they refuse to call me back. They keep saying the manager is not in the office when I call and I leave my phone number for the manager to call me back and they STILL haven’t called me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I recently used a ladder to replace the air filter on the main return and I noticed that two of the other smaller returns that are higher up that they supposedly cleaned were dusty and dirty on the inside. It’s apparent he only wiped the exterior of the vent and called it clean knowing I wouldn’t pull a ladder out to check right after his work to make sure everything was properly cleaned. I will be escalating with the BBB. Original Review: I would NOT recommend this company. Be prepared to clean up after the technician. Had I known how much I would have to clean up afterward I would NOT have booked with Fresh Air. I paid a lot of money, over $1400 and this was NOT a $1400 service. For starters, I asked if the technician who came to our house to wear a mask and he only wore it during the consultation, I noticed halfway thru the job that he was unmasked which is not okay. I am immunocompromised so wearing a mask throughout the whole job is important to me. As he was leaving, I told him the plastic that was covering the couch was still on it. I asked if he was going to clean that up and take off the plastic, he said oh I forgot and instead of carefully gathering the plastic so the debris and dust didn’t fall onto the couch, he quickly removed it carelessly leaving the debris to fall on the couch which I didn’t notice until after he left. After he left, I noticed that one of the vents we have at the bottom of the wall was not cleaned. Also there was dust and debris everywhere I looked. On the floors, the counters, the stove. EVERYWHERE. He said he covered everything and vacuumed it all up but he didn’t or didn’t do it well enough. He also left a dirty orange towel on one of my cabinets in the office that ended up leaving a yellow stain on it which I noticed today. I called Fresh Air yesterday to let them know about the debris and that one of the vents was still dirty. The technician came back to vacuum everything up and clean the vent he forgot to clean. Instead of unscrewing the vent plate to clean thru the vent like he said he would, he just cleaned the outside so it’s still unclean on the inside. He then left his dirty towels AGAIN alongside the spray can outside of our front door. I’m not happy with this service at all and I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Especially not people who are disabled and/or may not have the ability to clean up after.
