I can’t say enough great things about this place! I know nothing about computers, and was a bit stressed out thinking of where to take my laptop in for some repairs. I walked into Friendly Computers, and Drew was exceptionally kind and helpful— listening to my issue, and providing so much helpful information about my computer and other general questions I had about technology / computers. He even fixed my issue within 30 minutes of being in the store. Drew— you’re a rockstar & his co-worker Alex was also very friendly and helpful! I would 100% recommend this store in a heartbeat for their exceptional customer service, quality & knowledge of computers / repairs… hopefully I won’t have any computer issues for a while, but you can trust I will be sending anyone I know over who needs your services!!! Thank you so much to Drew!!

We had a problem with our old computer that had a bunch of information we wanted to swap with our new one. The guy that works there told us it wasn't compatible and he didn't charge us. I thought that was nice of him not charging us.

I visited the Five Mile store and Alex Harvey was able to fix my computer issues in a matter of minutes 😊 He is so knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company. We will be steady customers from now on.

Do they always answer with a “joke”. Called and asked about getting my laptop fixed because it kept resetting and he said “did you ask your computer to stop doing it?”. Whatever still went, they charge diagnose, they charge new parts, charge per work hour and for it to stop working a month later so it kept doing the same thing. With $400 I could have put it towards a new computer. Response to owner: I knew I was going to be charged for diagnose, when they called they reassured they knew what the problem was and it will not be a recurrent issue or anymore issues, they knew what the problem was. I expressed that if there will be more issues I rather get a new device. I didn’t even care about recovery files. I just wanted my laptop up and running. So when I got it back and it “broke” again, a month after, I called and got the understanding that I would have to go to diagnose process again and all of that. I understood it would cost me a lot more money and I already was not very happy with the service. You see, as a student heading into finals and not having your laptop sucks. The reason why I posted this review now is because some of my classmates are currently having issues with their laptop and when they called they got the sarcastic jokes as a reply. They encourage me to share my experience. They ended up fixing their own laptop since we are heading into finals. I appreciate you reaching out and letting me know I can still take my laptop back. I honestly lost trust on the service after all the reassurance I got and no fix and the sarcastic jokes. I will consider taking my laptop back eventually and will change the rating.
