While I did not personally hire Lauren and her Team for photography, I interacted and purchased from the company and they were delightful. Super kind, very responsive. Next time I have an event I need a photographer for I will be reaching out!
I can't even express how talented, kind, communicative, and fantastic this team is. I've worked with Nina, Danny, and the entire From the Hip team for years on corporate/professional shoots and so it was a no brainer hiring them to photograph our wedding this past month. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement — Nina and Lauren captured so many incredible moments at our wedding and were so discreet in the process which I know firsthand is challenging to do! I was able to fully escape on my wedding day because they know both the art and science of professional photography and made us all so comfortable being on the other side of the lens. On a personal level, they are also fantastic human beings who genuinely care about each client, communicate amazingly, and are transparent and affordable for a range of budgets. We could not be happier or more grateful that they were able to share their talent with us on our big day!!!! Do not hesitate hiring them ever — you're in fantastic hands!!
From the Hip knocked it out of the park for our wedding in June! Lauren was very responsive in the planning process and developing a package that met our needs. My husband doesn’t like having his photo taken and they were able to accommodate a smaller time package and still get incredible photos of us. Brooke was so sweet, captured beautiful moments of us, and understanding when we were ready to be done with photos. They delivered our photos back within the advertised 4 week turnaround! Thank you Brooke and Lauren for a wonderful experience!
We have used From the Hip for about 8 photos shoots for our business over the past 2 years. Each photographer we have worked with are amazing. Many of the photos they have taken are on our website and social media and look wonderful.
We booked with From the Hip for both our maternity and newborn photos and are very happy we did! Lauren is very professional and responsive during the planning phase and Julia did a wonderful job on our photos. They were both very kind and flexible when we had to reschedule day of due to unexpected scheduling issues on our end. Then the day of, we had to change locations at the last minute due to weather but Julia came up with a perfect back up plan and we are thrilled with how the photos turned out. I would highly recommend this team and look forward to capturing our baby girl with them in a few more weeks! Thank you!
