Great place to
Great place for a lot of things. Community events happen here a lot. Bart nearby. Good food and other stores.
It's a nice ready doing hub in the Fruitvale District. There's been some gentrification, for better or worse, but importantly it has (so far) retained it's character. There's great food in the village and a small but really nice farmers market on Thursdays.
