Training with Nicole is an absolute must if you’re looking to build confidence in the gym and look and feel your best! I started working with Nicole in Jan 2025 in preparation for my wedding in August! I was really looking to get into a better routine with working out, tone things up for the wedding, and try and understand what my body needed and how to fuel it appropriately. I started with small group fitness classes 3x a week and also worked with a nutritionist to dial things in. My morning workouts became an incredibly positive part of my day and overall routine, and I felt like my hard work started to payoff quickly and I dropped 10 lbs in body fat alone, while building muscle and toning my body. Come wedding weekend, I felt SO amazing and was incredibly proud of myself. Nicole has always been encouraging, creates a welcoming workout environment for clients of all levels, and helped me be more disciplined when it came to reaching my goals! She always knows what I’m capable of and will push me to get there, but also listens and makes adjustments when I need it.
