I brought in a vintage plastic watch, 40 years old, collectible, for a battery change. I got this watch in mint condition (new old stock). I asked Fulkerson’s to change the battery without scratching the watch face. They put the watch face down on a wooden work bench when unscrewing the back of the case with a screwdriver. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid. They should have used a soft rag or a mat to protect the plastic watch face from scratching. They offered me the battery replacement for free when I complained but I would have preferred if they had just listened to me in the first place.

Very rude, not insightful in the process very rude and assuming that I’m just a black person who steals when the item I should was giving to me by my grandmother and I had to feed my children until I got paid that following Friday. Not nice assume that black people are stealing instead of just a single mom trying to survive in this terrible economy with a full time job and sometimes door dashes just have money. Wouldn’t recommend ever doing business!

Totally rebuilt a vintage small ladies watch! Watchmakers are few and far between.. took a while but it was definitely worth the wait..

Great watch work! Had a tricky Crystal replacement and a pressure test. Both executed perfectly. Enjoyed the experience. Tori is knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. 10/10 Would recommend
