I’m all the way in Tennessee and bought a ring from Fullers because I found it online and fell in love. Karl was very helpful right from the beginning. The process was easy and I have my ring on my hand in less than a week from purchase, even with questions, requests for more pics and a video, along with sizing! It’s perfect. Highly recommend ☺️

Excellent experience! I was Having trouble getting Rolex to service my Daytona. Rolex Insisted I buy a new band, in order to service my watch. But the watch has a lot of history, and didn’t want a new band. So I found fullers. Got watch taken care of at a fair price. Runs like new From a highly qualified watchmaker. I highly recommend. Karl was excellent, handled every detail and was accomplished at the quoted price. I have already sent more work for them, and will Use them when I am looking for jewelry gifts. You will not be disappointed, and won’t miss the poor service , in my case, received from Rolex. . Rolex told me to pound sand, and Fullers told me they would be happy to fix it. The entire process was extremely easy and fast! I was well informed and updated at every stage of the process. This was important to me as they made the ring using gold I owned that held sentimental value. The entire process only took a month and my husband loves it!
