We recently came here for our friends’ birthday party and had such a great time. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The decorations looked beautiful - the balloon setup especially stood out and the table matched the party theme perfectly. Everything felt festive and thoughtfully prepared. The kids were busy playing the entire time, and honestly we didn’t even notice how quickly the three hours passed. It turned out to be such a nice place for a celebration that we’re already thinking about coming back here to celebrate our own birthday in the future. Definitely a very positive experience for us.

I cannot recommend this place. Without going into details, the management here is, to put it mildly, not very good. They mislead people, and now I understand why there are so many negative reviews.

Waited all day until they said they'd be back open on a Saturday (5pm) but they had booked another party. Don't trust what they say on their website. Call ahead if it's Saturday. They suggested to go to their Santa Monica location which was back open at 6. It was lovely. But this one is super close to my home and I had to deal with a very unhappy child that could m didn't understand why the other kids that were walking in could go okay and he couldn't. I'll update my review once I actually go here. I updated to 3 stars because the person behind the desk was nice and the other location was great.
