My Frnd is in TRAUMA UNABLE TO PEE Will Sue them. Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff was incredibly rude and refused to let my 34-week pregnant friend use the restroom, which was shocking and unacceptable. They were also so unhelpful they wouldn’t even provide a pen. This place clearly has no compassion or respect for customers. Very disappointed. Don’t even deserve single star

I am shocked by the lack of basic humanity and the rude attitude of the staff at FUNbelievable Lakeside. We were here as guests for a friend’s child’s first birthday party, which was scheduled until 2:30 PM. In the final minutes before our time was up, my 8-month pregnant wife tried to use the restroom and was flatly refused. The staff was incredibly dismissive and firm in their refusal. Even after my wife explicitly told them she was pregnant, explained that she 'could not control it,' they remained heartless. Their only excuse was that they had already 'made an announcement' and were 'already cleaning.' An announcement is a courtesy to help guests wrap up, not a reason to deny a heavily pregnant woman a restroom while the event time is still active. Because of their cold and rigid behavior, we were forced to rush out of the building to find a restroom elsewhere. This was an incredibly unprofessional and disappointing way to end a celebration. I would think twice before booking an event here if this is how they treat their guests.

I wanted to share my experience in case it helps the business improve. The facility itself is a fun concept for kids, but unfortunately our visit was frustrating mainly because of the staff. Most of the staff on duty appeared to be teenagers or very young employees, and they did not seem very attentive. Several were on their phones frequently, and when I asked questions I often had to repeat myself before getting a response. It didn’t seem like the staff were very well trained or familiar with how to answer basic questions about the facility. There were also some issues at checkout where I was rung up incorrectly, which added to the confusion during the visit. Another concern was supervision. I didn’t see many staff members actively monitoring the play areas, which made me a little uneasy from a safety standpoint considering how busy it can get with kids running around. Overall, the idea of the place is great and kids will likely still enjoy it, but the staff attentiveness and training could definitely be improved to make the experience smoother and feel safer for families.

My husband And I just recently had our son's fourth birthday here. We first came for our friend's son's birthday party and the kids had a blast. We decided to book our party which was a month later in February and it was a great experience. All we had to do was show up along with our friends and their kids. They provided pizza, waters, and decorations. We just had to bring the cake. They even went as far as putting the gifts in the vehicle for us. I would highly recommend FUNbelievable to anyone who wants to have a birthday party or just go and play. Both Mia and Jocelyn were working that day and they were both great and so helpful! Thank you for a great time and memories for our little guy.
