Came for my great grandsons birthday party. Had a party room. Can bring food in. Fun fun place for the kids!! Lots of different activities, trampoline ball pits slides, so many other fun things to do. Definitely a place for kids to burn lots of energy. I strongly suggest ventilation!! Need ceiling fans something to circulate the air. Also this one staff guy, very unprofessional and snappy. Overall great place for the kids, we'll be back.

Attended my nephews 2nd birthday party and was shocked when I found out my brother paid over 300 for a small room for 2 hours and a couple pizzas. The host which was a Chinese fella with glasses kept pestering my brother every 10 minutes reminding him to pay and rushing us to leave at 530 on the dot or he would be charged more if not. We leave the room and sit at the only open tables then get kicked off those after 5 minutes then half the group is forced to stand. This is not the best place to have a party and I will not be returning for any parties of my own

We tried this place out a few months ago. A kid pooped a giant turd out on one of the slides and we watched in horror as it rolled down into the ball pit. I told a staff member immediately and we were shocked how long it took someone to clean it up. I’m talking like 30 minutes. Didn’t clear the pit. Kids are going down the slide and landing on it. Squishing it between their toes. I’ve never snatched my kids away from a place so quick. Absolutely disgusting. We won’t be back
