Irfan was brilliant in helping organise a children’s party, so helpful in advance on the phone and very organised on the day with everything ready to go. Junaid helped the kids so nicely too. Also witnessed them both looking after another group with SEN and they were so kind and professional. Would definitely recommend this venue for both individual and party visits.
Our family went to Funsation for my son’s birthday, and he and his friends enjoyed it so much that they struggled to leave. The games were exciting, and collecting tickets for prizes made the experience even more fun. It was a great place for the kids to celebrate and have an amazing time together.
It was an amazing experience. My daughter and her friends enjoyed alot and had such a lovely fun time .They were very happy. Staff is really good,helpful and well mannered. Specially Irfan is really nice guy ,he served us, even though we were little late but he already had our cards and information ready.its totally worth it and will definitely be back and recommend 💯.Thank you so much.
I held a party today, 6 December, at Fun Station Birmingham for my son’s birthday, with a total of six children attending, and the experience was exceptional. Our host, Irfan, was absolutely amazing — incredibly helpful throughout, always prompt, attentive, and consistently welcoming with a smile. He provided the kind of customer service you always hope to find but rarely do. The event was perfectly organised and excellent value for money. The children had a fantastic time, and several guests were so impressed that they asked about pricing during the party. Everything ran smoothly thanks to the well-prepared staff and Irfan’s superb coordination. I’m extremely pleased with the experience and would definitely return. A truly memorable and enjoyable day for everyone.
Really fun arcade venue for the kids and family. We take the kids every so often and they love it every time . The tickets for prizes is very exciting for the kids and they enjoy the games and prizes .
