This place is my dog's second home. Her name is Minnie Mouse. She love sthis place and love to see her friends. The staff here is amazing. They work really hard to care and love on the pets there. This is the 3rd (maybe 4th) time we’ve taken our dog, Artemis, to be boarded - she loves it! It’s nice to know she’s well taken care of and enjoys her time with the other dogs and staff. Staff are kind and always have sweet things to say about our girl. ❤️ Also, the app makes communication, updates, and photos SO easy - it’s very appreciated from the consumers side.

The staff are always nice and front is always clean. I help a couple of my friends by dropping off or picking up their pups sometimes. While the drop off and pick up are very easy, I would prefer to have a little bit more security. What about asking the name of the person picking up the fur kid and checking the list the owner gave of approved people to make sure the pup is going to a trusted person. Just an idea. Thank you!

The staff are so kind and know my pets by name every single time I drop them off. Fur and Feathers have the best drop off and pick up times that meet my out of town work schedules and Bear and Iris grooming needs. Professional, clean and very good hearted staff.

The staff here is awesome! I've been going for years with different dogs for different purposes (grooming, nail trim, boarding, water therapy) and I completely trust them with my dogs. They're very caring and careful. Between Thurman Vet and this place for all my pets needs, I am always pleased and my dogs are happy.
