I had a very disappointing experience with this furniture store due to extremely poor customer service. I purchased a bed frame and was told it would be ready for pickup at noon the next day because I clearly explained that I urgently needed it, cuz i had guests coming to visite me. The following day, I called around noon and was told it would instead be ready at 2 PM. Based on that confirmation, I canceled my plans to make myself available. By 3 PM, I still hadn’t received any update, so I called again. I was told the driver was stuck in traffic, and to make up for the delay, the employee offered free delivery to my home. I agreed, assuming the situation was finally resolved. However, around 6 PM, I received a call asking me to come pick up the bed before the store closed at 7 PM. When I explained that delivery had been promised, I was told the driver was unavailable and might not make it. As a result, I wasted an entire day waiting, canceled multiple plans, and still had to deal with confusion and broken promises. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this place. What a bad service!

The layout of the furniture isn't appealing like it is in places like Raymour and Flanagan. Notwithstanding that, the quality of the furnitures are evident upon inspection. And most of all, the customer service is exceptional. Filip was cordial and professional in assisting us. And provided everything we needed to secure financing. And the entire process of application filing and the purchase was a smooth seamless process. If you don't have any credit and are looking for quality furniture at great prices bundled with good customer service, Furniture Direct is the way to go.
