Good work replacing seat cushions in two Ekornes chairs. Had to send one back, but it was under warranty. Also working on Stressless love. Replacing seat cushions. They have you come to the shop to confirm the work. Pick up and delivery available. Not inexpensive but giving more life to quality furniture.

I contacted regarding a desk that is unfortunately too damaged to repair because of particle board filling, however, staff was extremely helpful in settling an insurance dispute. I see the other review about poor communication, but they were able to get back to me within a day each time I contacted them.
