Very professional and friendly service. Quote was very honest from the beginning- no price increase surprises. My dining table broke during our move here to NV and wanted it repaired. I had tried repairing it from watching videos on YouTube but it didn’t last long before it broke again. After the first repair with Furniture Medic the table broke again- since I knew how it broke the first time I tested it there and Jhonathan and some other team member showed me how they were going to add screws and repair it again and guarantee me it was going to work this time- well, picked up today and it looks definitely better/stronger than the first time. I appreciate the team and specially Johnathan for being so kind and empathetic. Recommended 100%

I had a vintage coffee table that my dog jumped on and broke the leg. The repair was more than i wanted to tackle. I called 5 furniture repair stores in Vegas and decided to go with Furniture Medic. They were professional and fixed the area for the table leg and did a wonderful job! I'm so happy to have my table back! Yes, I recommend them.

Ever since this place underwent New ownership it has been nothing but a positive experience the previous owner left the place in shambles and in less than a year they've turned around and cleaned up everything he neglected. Customers who had thought furniture was gone never repaired and disposed of started receiving calls 2 years after they had lost hope only to find out that the new owners on their own dollar with good faith went out of their way to make sure they still received their furniture back with the repairs completed. Their love of furniture restoration and getting the job done correctly regardless of profit is exponential and very rare to find in a business nowadays. There's not many companies left that will put customer satisfaction over profits. This company is definitely a gem that all other companies in the industry could learn from. They work a lot in disaster restoration and in most cases customers are very overwhelmed with the entire process of trying to work with their insurance to get their cabinets and furniture repaired/replaced correctly in which case they go beyond their requirements to contact insurance companies on their behalf if needed in order to smooth out the process and take less of the load-bearing burden off of the shoulders of every customer. Personally I find that to be one of their greatest qualities in that company because they are not required nor do they get paid for helping customers with those extra steps. I think everyone should feel confident that they're in good hands when choosing this company for any of their indoor/outdoor furniture repair or cabinet replacement needs. Thank you Mindy. I took two chairs in to be repaired and Furniture Medic did a wonderful job. Their office representative, Mindy , was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a repair time that was reasonable. When I picked up the chairs the staff explained what they did to repair them and the price charged was reasonable. I had a great experience with the entire team and highly recommend them.
