We had a unique settee that we bought from Stowers Furniture Store about 20 years ago. One of the arms completely collapsed. We almost were going to give up on it and get rid of it. But I did some research on furniture repair and found Furniture Medic. We took the settee to them and they said that one of their repairman would examine it and let us know if it was salvageable. They soon got back to us with good news. We were elated. Ben did an excellent job reinforcing the arms and keeping the original upholstery. One of the employees said that furniture repair is a lost art. We agree. Thank you Ben for your excellence and craftsmanship. We would definitely use Furniture medic again and we highly recommend them.

The Furniture Medic Team's repair work on my sectional couch's forklift puncture, and king-sized bed frame saved me from discarding two household items and potentially hundreds of dollars on replacements. The employees were professional beyond reproach and candid about the options for restoring my items to their original states after an international move back stateside. My items were returned to me in the same condition as when I first bought them. This group has some absolute maestros working behind the scenes. Our new puppy did some real damage to our couch. Furniture Medic came recommended by the manufacturer, Pottery Barn. The team was in and out in 20-30 minutes and the couch effectively looks like new. The price point was also extremely reasonable given the alternatives of either purchasing a new slip cover for the section of the couch (~ $2,000 directly from Pottery Barn) or purchasing the fabric and having a seamstress remake a slipcover, which would have also been expensive and a headache. Great experience all around.

The people at Furniture Medic are just fantastic. I looked and looked for brackets for a Japanese screen to wall mount with no success. Upon asking for assistance, the folks were able to find exactly what I needed in short order. I was elated. They notified me and I was able to order the parts/brackets at no cost. Truly amazing! I know any future assistance I need regarding furniture I will go to them and certainly recommend them to anyone needing their help.
