Our cabinets looks amazing!!! Where most people won't do touch-ups due to the possible inconsistency of the paint---Furniture Med was up for the task. Our cabinets look great...and even some of the deeper gouges are completely gone. Saved us about $2500 and we didn't have to refinish the entire kitchen. Mike and Chris were awesome! Thanks FM!
Furniture Medic is amazing - they did an excellent job refinishing furniture damaged by flooding; they were very prompt and responsive with their customer service; they went out of their way to meet a deadline; and they delivered and reassembled everything beautifully. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Furniture Medic By Vanderzee has been consistent, timely and professional from the time we contacted them. They came to our house to assess the work we needed, and received a timely estimate to refinish the back of two chairs, kitchen cabinets, and small areas of our floors. The chairs were delivered back today and look better than they did when we purchased them. Our kitchen cabinet doors/drawer fronts were removed without any damage to our quartz counter tops by two professional. We are looking forward to the work being done off site on our 13 cabinet doors/drawers. We are so happy we found this company.
I have been working with Steve and his fine company since the company that designed my kitchen and supplied my cabinets almost 30 years ago recommended them to me to fix our drawer glides and to refinish/touch up all our cabinet doors and drawers. Their work has been spectacular as my cabinets look and work like they did when new and their customer service is truly outstanding. I thanked my kitchen designer profusely for his great referral. My wife and I have been so thrilled with FM that we recently had them repair and refinish our kitchen table and design and build a new surround around our replacement microwave oven. Once again their work has been fantastic. They even supplied us with a temporary replacement top for our kitchen table so we could continue to eat in our kitchen while the top was being refinished in their shop. As a bonus, they are very friendly, met or beat every time commitment and did an amazing job confirming appointments and communicating arrival times. I highly recommend them to anyone facing similar issues. If you hire them you will not regret your decision.
Lynette and team at Furniture Medic were outstanding in every way. They were prompt and professional in returning my calls and in their service calls to my house. Most importantly, Lynette brilliantly repaired a water damaged wooden vanity in my powder room. When Lynette realized she couldn't do her best work with the damaged top, she called me to explain why and expertly replaced the top with new wood that she distressed and stain-matched perfectly. She added extra varnish protection to reduce future water damage. She was upfront that the process would take extra time, but promised I would still receive before Thanksgiving - which I did. Use this company if you want the job done right and with care.
