Purchased a full mattress with my own special needs putting it in an RV. Special reach out to Jamie at the other store for being very helpful and directing us to the product we purchased, and thanks to our sales rep Andrew for helping us find and test the item on the showroom, make sure the item was in hand in the warehouse, purchase the item via snap, and even showed up at the warehouse to check on things when I picked it up. Above and beyond customer service. This is at least my 3rd purchase here and will return. Thanks guys.

I got four chairs and a bench for our dining room table and it was quick and easy. It had them ordered and assembled quickly. (edit. Got the chairs home and they fit great. Unfortunately the bench they ordered doesn’t fit between the legs of the table despite me showing them all the detentions of the table.)
