I have to update my review and highly recommend furniture plus to anyone and everyone who will listen they we're unbelievably kind, helpful and understanding! I bought the couch I really loved for an amazing price and turns out it was to big upon delivery and the gentleman at the store was so kind he told me I could comeback and pick out a different one which they don't normally do its supposed to be all sales final but he made the exception, and when I went back to pick out a different couch, he was so helpful, he had his measuring tape and helped me measure and make sure that any couch that I did choose would fit and finally helped me decide on another couch that I really love, which is pretty much the same just smaller. And I'm so grateful. He made the whole experience really special and didn't make me feel bad about having to return the original couch at all. I'm just so grateful I can't say it enough. And the price is there. You can't beat them for the quality of the furniture. As well as the delivery guys , they don't work four furniture plus but they are the company that furniture plus uses and they are so kind and so understanding and really good at their jobs. They're also very upfront about the prices of the furniture and the delivery , and we'll help you find a way to make it work.

Purchased a love seat and sofa with the help of Jon. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. Offers great recommendations based on what you are looking for. Love my new furniture!

Firstly, I’m going to address someone else’s review in which they complained that there is a limited stock and they were asked to “look on the website” and the parking Here’s the thing this is a SMALL BUSINESS. Not a huge chain store, of course it cant have hundreds of couches in stock. But they will beat any price I can guarantee you that. If you look at a couch online and try it in a big store like Ashley furniture and then order it through furniture plus you will absolutely receive the lowest price. As for the parking, what place in Portland doesn’t have less than ideal parking arrangements? There’s off street parking as well as a back alley where atleast 4 cars can park parallel. To me this is such a small issue in retrospect to paying HUNDREDS of dollars less. Okay now to my experience. My friend purchased a couch through furniture plus and they were able to get it delivered within a week to the store. I went to her house and fell in love with it so of course I had to ask them if they had another in stock. Well just my luck another one was delivering the next day, so I went immediately and claimed it. The owner is awesome and it was a hassle free experience. I’ve dealt with other places in the past which feel so “sales-y” this was a completely different experience. I got my couch today and I absolutely love it, I am going to recommend this place to everyone!

Just bought my dream couch here and could not be more excited. There was a really great selection with lots of great pricing. Jon was incredibly friendly and helped me out with my questions and made me feel comfortable. Excellent customer service and environment! Overall very lovely experience!!

I’m beyond happy with our trip to furniture plus, we’ve been searching for a couch for so long that fits well in our small apartment. We found the perfect couch for us and with a great deal from the owner of the store!! He was so incredibly nice and helpful, definitely a place i will be back too in the future!!! They also had great prices for the mattresses :)
