Furniture Row was a one-stop-shop for us. It had everything we needed. We had seen three other furniture stores that day, and none compared to FR in quality and price. The shopping experience was great. We had a gal named Madison Golden that helped us through everything. She was charismatic and energetic, easily approachable and helpful. Will definitely be coming back for more furniture in the future. There were only two things that stuck our negatively to me: some items in the clearance section are not labeled with the price, and if you buy a couch and also a kitchen table you will have to checkout in two separate stations. The missing price tags on clearance items might have been other customers that took it away, and the separate checkout process is something at a level above the floor personnel who were fantastic. Even though those negatives were present during our experience, it was not significant enough to not give this place 5 stars especially after the great customer service we received by Madison.

If I could give zero stars I would. We spent almost 3bgrand buying our son a day bed and new mattress for ourselves. When the delivered and assembled the bed, the movers damaged it and covered it with a mattress. Low and behold we go to sheet the mattress and whale broken wood. Hmmmm? I said. I pulled the mattress off to expose tha damages. When I called the store to complain I was told that the bed probably needs a box spring. I asked why wasn't one offered or sold? I was told that I can either accept $100 in credit or return the ned at my expense of $65 dollars. This service is repulsive, there was allot pass the blame when called, there was no concern or empathy. The bed people blame the mattress people and no manager would give us a resolution. Now we wait for the bed to be removed before shopping at American Furniture. What we should have done in the first place. At first one star but the fact they finally sent someone over to fix the issue we feel the issue is now resolved. But what a journey it's been thank you corporate office for stepping in

I also visited furniture Row and was serviced by Sharon. Sharon was amazing! Emphasis on the amazing! I was in a rush when I entered, and she identified that right away. She Kindly asked me how she could support, and then took me to exactly what I was looking for. She did exceptional at listening to all I my needs and ensuring that the couches she was presenting, provided those things. The next time you visit furniture row, I recommend you to request Sharon! AWESOME experience. NEVER felt pressured at all. Sales staff introduced themselves and said when we wanted help let them know. Once we browsed the store, we ask for help and Louis Dennert answered all our questions. Louis showed us the full functions of the sofa and loveseat we were interested in purchasing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Furniture Row. We purchased the sofa and loveseat. Ordering the set was very easy and convenient. Will be delivered at our convenience. Thanks to all at Furniture Row.
