We had a great experience at Furniture Row in Lincoln. Our salesman, Gavin, was very friendly & very knowledgeable of the inventory of the store. He gave us his opinion when we asked & he gave us space to look on our own. We appreciated the way we treated us.

I recently moved from California to Nebraska. My husband and I shopped at multiple furniture stores, but Furniture Row provided the best service and furniture. Huge shout out to Brea or Bria, sorry if I spelled your name wrong! She helped us every step of the way. From the moment we walked in, she made sure we got what we needed and answered all of our questions. After a short walk around the store, my husband and I found the bed set frame we wanted along with new blue leather couches. The downside was, not everything was in stock. However they did not charge for multiple deliveries even though two separate deliveries were made. Most of our furniture was ready within 2-3 weeks after purchase which was very convenient for us. I truly appreciate Brea squeezing us into their busy Christmas schedule. I was able to get all my furniture before Christmas Day. It was a gift to my family and I. Another thing that set this store apart from others is the better deals they offered and their delivery team. The two men who delivered my furniture both times were very professional, prompt and did their jobs well. They asked where I wanted my furniture, made sure it worked before leaving, and cleaned up the mess that was made. We were also given cleaning supplies. We can bring it in for refills which is another nice perk. I highly recommend buying furniture from here. My husband plan to come back and recommend them to friends and family.

Bria was great to work with! She was awesome in letting us have our space to look around but was around when we had questions. She helped ensure we got the essentials for our bedroom furniture, and made the checkout process simple. Thanks Bria!

I had looked everywhere and for a long time for the couch I had in mind. When I walked into Furniture Row, Gavin jumped right up to help me. I described what I wanted and he showed me a few options. I then saw a chair that was the color and form I wanted, he found the option for a sofa and ottoman. Ordering was easy and the furniture came in on time. Gavin kept me appraised of timelines. The young man in the loading area was efficient and the young woman who carried up the ottoman was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, very positive experience. Thank you.

What a great experience at Furniture Row. Gavin was very helpful in helping us choose our furniture. He went far and beyond explaining the woodwork, the structure and the quality of their furniture. What a great employee you have here. All of the employees made us feel welcome. If we had a bigger house, I would furnish it in its entirety with Furniture Row quality Furniture.
