We took delivery of our fantastic dining room furniture which we purchased a few weeks ago...with the assistance of LYNNE...who went above and beyond with her time and pleasant manner....after our purchase Lynne noticed we were browsing the picture section, but couldn't find exactly what we would like ...after a wee chat she guided us to a picture tucked away in a corner......it was perfect !!!.... thanks Lynne......never thought for a minute when we entered this fabulously immaculate well stocked store.....that we would have such a lovely patient assistant....who made us feel that we had our own personal shopper.. ..without being over intrusive Ps.... thanks for the coffee and cookies....lovely touch Already planning our next visit

Popped into Furniture Village for a look. Ended up purchasing a sofa, dining table and chairs! James O was amazing. He spent quality time with us, moving different seats to see what we liked best with the dining table and making sure the wood colour was what we wanted. He helped matched up colour swatches for the sofa, I even had him outside so I could see swatches in the natural light. He was so patient ( I am very particular in what I want) and I can’t thank him enough, he has such a lovely manner about him. Looking forward to receiving my beautiful purchases.

Ordered a couch and everything went fine at first, but when it arrived it was left squint and makes loud noises when used. I’ve contacted customer service several times and even went into the shop, only to be sat in front of a computer and to watch the sales advisor go online and join the online chat!!!…..It’s now been over a month with no response or resolution. Terrible aftercare — I’ll now be rejecting my order. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Grant was very kind, my mum who purchased the couch set has an issue with her speech and he was very patient with her, addressed her instead of me which was lovely to see. Very knowledgeable but did not try to hard sell which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend him and the shop to friends and family.

I took my elderly mum to look at sofas. I was interested in dining tables. There was huge amounts of both !! Lovely sales person called Helen was Brilliant. We did not purchase because there was too much choice! However we will be back for second opinions and when choices are decided we will definitely buy.
