Amazing customer service from Cody in the shop, over the phone and upon delivery. From breaking down every step of the process to delivery, couldn't be happier with the team at Big Sofa Warehouse. After a week of use, loving the sofa! Will definitely be refering all my friends and family to Cody and his team!

Can’t recommend enough, 5 star service start to finish! The guys in the shop were so helpful and efficient and the delivery guys were in and out in 10 mins (baring in mind were a top floor flat) super fast delivery and set up and even had some time to interact with my son who decided he wanted to be a wee chatterbox and their apprentice 😂 Thanks again - we’ll definitely use again ❤️

Cody and Ryan were great fast and efficient. They delivered and set up in no time. Very pleasant professional and confident young men. Delivery time was as expected and from buying to delivery was only 2days which was perfect as they also offer an uplift of old sofa. Would highly recomend. Great fast service and very reasonable price and a great delivery price too compared to bigger stores.

Popped in to warehouse on Sunday. Chose my sofa and was delighted to be told it could be delivered on Wednesday. I received a time slot on Tuesday for delivery. Cody & Ryan arrived checked out where sofa was going and then proceeded to unpack and install the sofa. The boys were very polite and friendly. I am extremely happy with the service and my new sofa is a delight.

From our first visit to The Big Sofa Warehouse up until delivery, it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the couches speak for themself. I understand you may be skeptical as its not 'DFS' or any other big well known brand, its easy to feel this way when they are so largely advertised on our tvs but dont let it put you off. I'm speaking from experience, the sofas from The Big Sofa Warehouse are of the same quality, with a cheaper price tag and so many more options to customise your own! Thanks to Cody & Ryan for an efficient delivery and the patience they had to my very talkative 6 year old!
