I Visited the Aintree branch yesterday but I can't say I found it particularly welcoming. There were no other customers when I first arrived but four staff chatting to the side. No problem with that as it was quiet. However I would have expected someone to approach me to see if I needed any help, given they weren't busy. I had to approach them and they just looked at me. I asked one man for help but he said he couldn't. I didn't quite catch his reason why but found it odd as he had been standing chatting. Two others didn't offer to help but moved away. The fourth person, a lady at the desk, then intervened and helped to sort my order. I dealt with Joe France last Summer when I ordered a dining set and he was brilliant. This just wasn't the same level of Customer Service.

Ordered new sitting room two seater settee and single chair today(29/10/25) Lauren, the Sales Consultant, at the Liverpool Aintree branch, was so nice. She was very professional, friendly, courteous and approachable. We are presently awaiting a new kitchen table and two chairs, ordered nearly five weeks ago. This is the reason we again purchased; the new sitting room furniture, the quality of the products we are now awaiting.

So helpful! Can’t thank Matt (at Aintree store) enough for all his help, 3 visits and finally have the sofa we want. Delivered in time for Christmas. Really appreciate your patience and humour! Great sales man and lovely hot chocolate maker! Happy customers .

We came into the aintree store just having a browse. A staff member greeted us and let us know he was rhere to support without being pushy. We ended up asking about a corner sofa we liked and the knowledge he shown swayed us to make the purchase. The sofa arrived a week later and the guys who delivered and set up were great. The experience was great from store to door. My only regret is i have completley forgotten the guys name from the store as he was exceptional!!
