The sales associate was incredibly patient and helpful when selecting our couches! We were shown a great selection and given great advice! Our couches have held up 5 years later even with a messy toddler and 100 pound dog!

We went to a furniture stores all o er town prepared to pay more for a quality couch, but didn't find much if anything that would work in our space that we liked. We finally stopped at Furniture World despite seeing some negative reviews. The salesperson was very helpful without being pushy. We found a couch and table we liked for a much cheaper price and we were told 5-6 weeks to get the couch in the color we wanted. I was leery because some negative reviews were related to never receiving items that were ordered. Well, our sofa and table arrived in one month as promised, delivery was fast and professional, and the furniture looks great. We're very happy with our purchase and would definitely shop at Furniture World again.
