I had a very disappointing experience with this furniture store. I purchased a set of tables, and when they were delivered, they arrived damaged. I immediately contacted the store to request a replacement, only to be told afterward that the items were supposedly sold “as is,” which was never clearly explained at the time of purchase. I attempted multiple times to resolve this issue. The store manager, Isaac, has not returned any of my calls or text messages, which is extremely unprofessional. I also spoke with Karina, who was rude and dismissive instead of trying to help or offer a solution. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and damaged products with no support after the sale. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture or respectful customer service.

Service when purchasing was great. Unfortunately as soon as we got our bunk bed delivered and set up, the bunk bed rail was broken from the bottom. The store said they have nothing to do about it. Has been a back and forth. They had actual said it’s broken because of us. That we moved the bunk bed. lol I can’t even lift it. It was broken and I reported it the next morning after it was installed. They’ve sent 2 people to go “fix it” but the guys had no clue what to fix .screws were missing from the drawers too. It has been now 3 months and no answer if it’ll ever be fixed. Disappointed of the outcome overall. Would not purchase again from here.

Ricky at Furniture World was an awesome associate. He knew his product and didn’t try to up-sale us. He was pleasant and didn’t press us when we didn’t buy anything outright. When I went back a couple of weeks later, he remembered me and did a deal quickly. It was a good experience.

I would definitely recommend Rick! I walked in just browsing before closing and not only did he get me approved in 5 minutes but he also took time after closing to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for, if you are looking for good quality furniture for your new or existing home, go to Furniture World and make sure to ask for Rick!!! 😊

Karina and Kirk were very professional. They both were extremely helpful and explained everything well. I was very happy with the items I purchased. Thank you for an extraordinary experience and I will be back to purchase other furniture.
