My dog loves to go to this place! The staff is very friendly and they took care very well of my dog for two weeks. The place is always clean and did a good job by cutting and styling my yorkie . She has long hair. Totally recommend this place 🙏🏻.

10/10! This was my 2nd time taking my pets to Furry Tails. The 1st time I took all 3 of my pups and they all smelled and looked great! Today I took my oldest, Ellie, who needed an immediate furmination and bath. She is usually the most anxious out of the 3 but with this being her 2nd time, she went to the back like nothing! She was done within 2 hours and is as happy as can be! Staff is super friendly and check out is super easy. Will be using Furry Tails moving forward!!
I took my dog to Furry Tails and this was the end result as see in the photos. My dog eye lids were swollen and his eyes were bloodshot red. The manager told me that he was pulling on the leash while being groomed and that his eyes should be fine within 3 days. I don't believe him. I left their establishment and immediately took my dog to the vet. My question is why didnt she stop and call me. This led me to believe that this may have happened to someone elses dog before. I asked the manager if there were cameras installed in their facility that will validate their explanation I was told no. My dog has not been the same since I took him to Furry Tails to be groomed. He took responsibility for what their technicians negligence, however, they didn't check on my fur baby to see if he was okay. I had to bring their lack of sympathy and follow-up.to his attention. They need to install cameras in this facility because trust goes both ways. I never expected to pick up my dog and see him looking abused. Usually, he's energetic but this time he seemed distraught. He layed down once we got inside the car. I am leaving this review to ensure this never happens to another dog.
I have been taking my golden doodle Teddy here for a little less than a year. We do all of our grooming, daycare and boarding here as Teddy has pretty bad separation anxiety. Furry Tails is truly the best! Teddy is always so excited to see everyone. I work a lot and have a lot of work trips and he never seems upset when he knows he’ll be there. They are great about sending photos and videos while I’m away. They also don’t use crates and every dog has it’s own little room. They are also really flexible and always very patient with my questions or when I can’t remember dates. I never worry when he is at Furry Tails because I know he’s having fun and being well looked after. I highly recommend them especially for doodle hair cuts! Teddy always comes home looking so cute!!
