The tech who did my nails was really sweet and caring! She recommended powder instead of gel, and since I had never tried it before, I decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, it’s only been 4 days and one of my nails has already broken. I really appreciated her kindness, but I’m disappointed in how long the nails lasted. Hoping it was just a one-time issue!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. There was hair on my nail, the technician rushed through the process, and they used the wrong base color from what I asked. I was also surprised by additional charges for work that was not done. Furthermore, the base was applied unevenly, there is bumps, only one hand was filed, and I didn’t receive the full manicure service I expected, only partial care for what I payed. This experience was far from satisfactory.

I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years. I have tried month after month, year after year to get my nails shaped a certain way (with its natural curvature), but never could get it; even after having discussions and showing pictures. I finally gave up and just took whatever was the outcome. Somehow, I needed a Sunday appointment and found Fusion Nail Spa via google. I made an appointment and just randomly chose Kim. That was the best random decision ever. She got my shape down on the very first visit and has been consistent ever since. I’ve started visiting this year 2025 and pray she stays around for many, many many more years. She has great attention to detail with all of her work and is very pleasant. Shop: I absolutely love that I can book easily online.

Julie and the owner were very kind. Julie did a good job on the pedicure, but when it came to the nails, I just knew it would not come out the way I wanted it to. The initial reaction to the design I wanted said enough. I should’ve asked for someone else then. He just rushed. I asked for medium long and I got short instead. He seems to be a beginner. This was supposed to be my birthday set. I was annoyed through the process because he just rushed. From the application, to the filing etc. He does not have an eye for detail. Didn’t have the initial color for the design so we went with the next best thing. When he did the design it was bulky! I asked him to remove it and just place a clear coat. I haven’t been to a nail salon in years and decided to go to one today and immediately regret it. $130 spent. What was spent on the pedicure, I understand, but what I spent on the actual nails annoyed my soul to the core. This is my 1st time ever visiting a nail salon in Huntsville and I was just disappointed! The kind owner or manager offered to have someone else do it, but I didn’t want to be disappointed again! I really came to this location because of the nails I saw online. The one set of acrylic looked perfect! Unfortunately, that’s not what I got. I should’ve just done my own nails.

I have been going there for several years, but today is the last time. I have been getting gel nails, but just wanted polish. Julie immediately started badgering me about why I should get the Gel. By the third time I was irritated. Then she started about how I need to get the most expensive pedicure. Because I didn't get the most expensive items I felt she did not give me very good service. My nails are all different lengths and the polish came off the first time I washed my hands. I feel like she did something to cause this to happen because my toes have the same polish and didn't come off. AlsoI have issues with ingrown toenails on my big toe that she usually takes care of and she didn't even check this time. I tipped her 20% just like I always do, but I will not be back. So since I would not spend $130 that she wanted now I won't be spending any money there
