First time getting waxed under the belt professionally, and it was a great experience. Cristina was so sweet, and the service was super fast. The front desk was really friendly from check-in to check-out. She respected my budget, didn’t oversell, and only recommended essentials for retail purchase, which I really appreciated. I've known Fuzz since it opened in Montreal Le plateau(+/- 10years ago). I was already a client there. I recently moved near the Fuzz Wax Bar - 663 Queen W - and took the opportunity to immediately become a customer again. I find the subscription system just perfect. The app is also super useful. And even for someone like me who likes to have routines, I've found the esthetician I love and I only book with her. Folakemi is professional, meticulous, and super nice. She's efficient and does an amazing job. I highly recommend her 💕

Senait is hands down the best person I've ever gone to for waxing! She's fast and efficient with all services I've gotten from her, and honestly there's no one else I trust with my eyebrows!! She literally brought my brows back from the dead lol. Fuzz in general is affordable if you're a member, and I like that you can just book online.

Irena is hands down the best waxing person i have ever gone to. She's fast, clean and also very nice. She makes the experience basically pain free and I really think she's great at her job! Zero complaints ever and always a good experience.
