We stumbled upon Gallery Alley while walking to our chosen restaurant for dinner! We nearly fell over when we looked up and saw the giant spider, little did we know there were two! A beautiful vibrant space began with a grant in 2017 and is now a beautiful public hangout spot. When I decided to find out more about the alley, I was thrilled to see that in 2021, Gallery Alley was reimagined once again they began work with Envision, a group focused on improving the quality of life for those who are visually impaired, to create intersensory art experiences in this space. Hopefully more local artists take advantage of the space!

Cool little place to check out when you're out and about. Great spot for some flicks. The spiders and wave ropes were cool.

This is such a cool concept! It would be cool if more artists were featured, but still very cool! Awesome place to take pictures, or just sit and relax. We went on a nice breezy afternoon, but the buildings kept the breeze from being overpowering.

I came on the 4th, so I don't know how it is on an average day. I usually see more happening online. It was nice tho. Loved the flowers and cats

What a fun spot. Walking down Douglas we saw this alley, the brick is painted, with a HUGE spider on one wall and an interactive rope and bell installation on the other. I need to go back at night when they lights are on.
