Excellent experience with Galpha Roofing on our full roof replacement. The team was professional from start to finish, maintained clear and consistent communication, and completed the project on schedule with high-quality workmanship. They also guided us through the insurance process, handled the documentation, and made everything straightforward and stress-free. I would highly recommend Galpha Roofing to anyone needing a complete roof replacement, especially if insurance is involved.

We hired Galpha Roofing for a roof repair and couldn’t be happier. They were responsive, honest, and very professional from start to finish. The repair was done right the first time, and everything was clearly explained. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company, Galpha Roofing is the real deal.

As a homeowner, choosing the right roofing company was important to us, and Galpha Roofing exceeded our expectations. They walked us through the entire process, answered all our questions, and made everything stress-free. The crew was respectful, worked hard, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. Our new roof looks great, and we feel confident knowing the work was done right. We would absolutely recommend Galpha Roofing to other homeowners

Galpha did an amazing job on the $20k remodeling project on my basement after it flooded. The workers were diligent and professional, being very conscious of how the work affected my home. John (the liaison assigned to me) was exceptionally responsive when other companies wouldn't even respond to my calls/emails, and even offered some free, professional advice on small aspects of the project that I wanted to do myself to save money- A highly ethical business practice. The company was also very generous with adding small things onto the project that weren't technically on the bill but were obviously needed such as closet acoutrements, which I am grateful for. The only advice that I would give would be to double-check what components they plan on using to add to your home before installation as a window was added to my basement that didn't match the one next to it in color (see picture), requiring a little bit of extra work. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the results and very satisfied with customer service.

After a storm, it's never a good sign when there are shingles in your yard. Galpha took the sting out of the bite. They helped me navigate the insurance process. They fully explained all the repair options and the end results of all of those options.
