Extremely disappointed. After reading all the wonderful reviews I definitely thought that this was the right choice a fun activity with my son. The place was clean and the room was themed perfectly. Unfortunately the group before us broke things in the room making us delayed by over 20 minutes (totally uncontrollable and I was more than accommodating) However I would have preferred to reschedule as opposed to attempting a room that was damaged. The lables do not touch and wet paint were super confusing when trying to complete the task. The host was very apologetic and as kind as possible but she quit helping us after the first room bc she was assisting other rooms (which we could hear) we didn't even get half way though the second room and were not given any time outside of the allotted 60 minutes and were asked to leave at 60 minutes. My son was extremely let down. In this economy doing special activities should be treated as such. $82 for 60 minutes to leave disappointed wasn't what I right I was signing up for. Buyers beware.
