Ouchhhhhhh....the hype surrounding this place in unfounded and the reviews we had read made this place sound really amazing and fun...so my husband, myself and our 5 year old son decided to drive the 1hr45min.....we paid 93.00$ for 3 tickets 🎟 for access to just gamegrounds (would have been 150 total to have added the otherworld walkthru experience) so we opted for just the game grounds that gives you 1hour and 15 mins of play time to try and earn stars on the 8 to 10 differnt games they have and you can cash in at the end for prizes....some of the games instructions were confusing or unclear or just none existent..once you could figure out how a game worked the rounds dont last long...yes you can replay the same few games but it gets boring fast.......we left after 25mins..even 5 year old son was ready to leave...super sad and disappointing.....the extremely large goodwill across the street gave more excitement for the Friday family night out....🤷🏽♀️

We went on a Saturday so we did have to wait for games & you only get 75 minutes so I was a little stressed, but it ended up being enough time to play every game once.

Super fun, had a great time, but there definitely could be improvements. I wish you could scan and register bracelets as a family so one kid doesnt get more time than another. There is no good explanation on most of the games, you're basically just guessing, but most are pretty simple to figure out. Theres no place to check your points or stars and there is no explanation of how the point system works, though you figure it out, kinda. The kids under 16 needs to be enforced. We are a family of 6, so the game areas are already pretty crowded with us in there alone. We had extra kids just burst into our game, or hop in front of us, or just stay in the game area after the game was finished not once or twice but at least 5 times. This prevents us from getting our max play time. As a family we payed $180+ to play for 75 mins, this definitely put a damper on it. Also the prizes are trash, and you can't combine points like at normal arcades. We really weren't that worried about it that much we were just there for a good time but just be aware. The employees were all super nice though.
