The cable on my garage snapped this morning sending my garage door tumbling down. I scheduled my service through Same Door Services and was matched with Rafael. He was very knowledgeable and even asked that I send him pictures of the job before he came out here so that he could have a game plan in motion and give me an estimate. Come to find out, when he showed up, the previous work I had done to my garage was done so incorrectly. He fixed my springs along with my cables and I’m back up and running. He also advised that half way through the life cycle to have adjustments done to ensure the cable is used to its fullest potential. I’m very happy with the work and while it was a hit to the bank account, I appreciate the honestly and knowledge he provided. The only slight critique I have has nothing to do with Rafael, which is why I’m not taking off a star. However, the payment system that’s used is flawed. I think it’s a bit ridiculous to be charged a $23 fee because I used a debit card instead of cash. I don’t know anyone that would keep this much cash on hand. But otherwise, I’m very happy with the service and would use this company again.

Awesome job done all in one day. Rafael was an amazing guy to work with. He found the issue and gave us expert advice. As first time homeowners he really saved the day on our first experience with a garage door mishap. Couldn’t have done it without him. Ask for Rafael!
