Horrible customer service. Bought a patio set that was missing a part. The manager, who had the right part on a display set, told me to drive around to other ronas and try to get the part from them. The customer service line has given me the runaround for 2 months. I showed them the part I needed and they sent me the wrong one again. It's a Rona brand patio set too and all they do now is run me around.

Rona is my new go-to! Knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service. They do seem under staffed. Could be vacations, cheap ownership, or a lack of people who want to work. Nonetheless, the staff I've met were eager to help me navigate the store as well as answer any questions! Appreciate your staff Rona! The Barton location has a terrific team!

They were just opening their garden centre to the public for the spring. Had some decent looking water fountains at reasonable prices plus a ton of other garden/patio accessories. They are a good alternative to home depot or Rona, the Hamilton store off Barton/Woodward seems well stocked and service is usually good.
