First visit to GoG Market and Cafe. Arrived when the doors opened at 8 on Sunday morning. Great natural light, gas fireplace, and open feel in the indoor seating area. Service was excellent start to finish. Excellent value for the Benedict specials at $19 each. Recommend they add some vegan substitutes to the breakfast menu. Highly recommend for breakfast.

We were here last year so we decided to come back. We got the wagyu smash burger with fried, green chili and french onion soup. Everything was delicious. Alejandro was a great server. Glad we came back I also got the peach cobbler latte.

Chicken and waffles comes with a pretty tiny amount of chicken. I feel like when you order this, it’s because you are hungry! But the smoked salmon Benedict (one of the specials) was very good. Service was great. No line and plenty of seats open at 945/10am, but got a lot more crowded ~1030am on Saturday morning.

Refined relaxation. The atmosphere is laid-back, making it an easy place to hang out for a casual brunch or a slow morning, while the modern decor gives it a fresh, stylish feel. The lattes are excellent–smooth, flavorful, and carefully crafted. The real highlight for me was the bacon. It's thick cut with that perfect chewy and crispy texture that’s hard to get just right, but they nailed it. Highly recommend the Southwest Benedict. The biscuits are fluffy, eggs perfectly poached, and the hollandaise sauce ties it all together. It’s the only Benedict I’ve had in the Springs that is worth eating. The Shrimp and Grits is well portioned and balanced between savory and spicy.

Busy, yet excellent service. Willing to accommodate vegan. Delicious food and excellent drinks. Love that they are dog-friendly on the patio. They happily made Avocado Toast vegan. Their Torn Potatoes are an awesome choice over hash browns.
