I took my Transitional Kindergarten class here for a field trip today, and it was wonderful! We had 4 rotations where students could pet and feed chickens, go on a scavenger hunt, water the garden, dig and rake in a giant mound of wood chips, and experience hands-on learning about composting with red wigglers. Our students were engaged the whole time and didn't want to leave.

This is a best place to go with entire family and enjoy gardening. We learnt about planting seeds and replanting the plants. It's open only on three days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. We learnt that egg shells will be integrated into chicken feed to increase the calcium in chickens. We can harvest some of the veggies at the end of our time. Their workshops are fun to attend.
