I visited Gardenworks in North Vancouver and met Mo there. He was great. He took the time to understand what I needed and helped me choose the perfect plant for my living room. He’s very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell he enjoys helping people and wants them to feel confident with their choices. Mo is truly a standout at Garden Works!

visited garden Works in North Vancouver and Sam and Christy went above and beyond to give incredible customer service. They even helped us get soil after closing hours! Highly recommend coming by and please give both of the staff a big raise.

Garden Works is a truly amazing and comprehensive store. Located at Philip Avenue & West 1st Street (with access and ample parking off Welch Street). You will be able to find product to satisfy both your outdoor and indoor plant / flower needs, as well as any possible garden accessory wants. Truly expansive with a definite upscale feel, the largest space is found at the front and inside, where many well-constructed displays showcase patio + outdoor living furnishings, garden accessories + decor, tools, ceramics, seasonal merchandise + gifts and myriad colourful indoor plants and flowers. The enclosed back of this outlet is a greenhouse devoted to the nursery area for ornamental annuals. Very broad ranges of bedding flowers and hanging baskets are available. The perennials -- trees and shrubs -- are kept in a dramatic warehouse space converted to be open to the sky: the feel is like an oasis and the area is kept perpetually hydrated with overhead mist. Especially in the sunny blaze of Summer, it's definitely a very attractive space and feel. The Garden Works vibe is very bright and upbeat. The people are chill and welcoming. They do ask if they can assist you, but are not pushy by any means. Indeed, they don't seem to mind in the least if you browse their massive store. Garden Works is visual overload in a good way: it definitely makes you want to plan your next visit to really take it all in.

Each time I visit the store I am met with such friendly and knowledgeable staff. Never pushy, only helpful. When I just need to call to ask a quick question, I have always gotten through. I love gardening and love my visits to your store. Thank you for exceptional service, vast variety of plants and garden supplies and for reasonable prices. All round, top notch!
