George Garner and his team helped us recoup thousands of dollars in depreciation that we had overlooked after several years of doing our own taxes. The most responsive tax firm I have ever dealt with. Always professional, and always a "can-do" attitude. Even after I moved 7 states away I chose to keep my taxes within Garner, Adams. This year I had a particularly difficult tax return to prepare. With one week's notice, they jumped all over them. They have an easy to use portal to upload your documents and respond quickly with questions or document requests. Don't bother anywhere else, whether you live in Virginia or elsewhere to bring your tax returns or questions to George and his firm. All of the CPAs working in the office are equally capable, and you can tell they hire the best people. Chris Douglas, Stacy Cooper, George Garner , doesn't matter. Be prepared to be treated without stress that your filings are being handled the right way. Beyond that, even the front desk person I dealt with 3 years ago is still there and remembers my name and everything about my life. This is truly a shining star business. You can tell they treat their employees well just based on the way their employees treat their customers. I could never imagine a better experience going through, what is often, a stressful exercise. Knock out 5 star service.
