Only had a consultation here, truly felt like information I’d already found on my own. When I made the appointment I was encouraged to bring any documentation that might be helpful, so I did, and she didn’t even look at it. I understand personal documentation is usually reviewed after retaining, but it took a lot of time and ultimately made me feel unheard when it wasn’t looked at. The attorney could not maintain eye contact and looked over my head the entire time when speaking. Lastly when I stated what my goal was she kindly said “yeah that’s not gonna happen” and went into educating me on custody schedules and how everything works etc. i left feeling very uneasy, not confused. Everyone i encountered at this office was very nice however I do believe this was a waste of my time and money.

Jason Aycoth, Chad, Olson, and Brandon are hands-down the best team of lawyers I’ve ever worked with. They actually listen, break things down so you understand what’s going on, and fight hard for you every step of the way. Every one of them is professional, straight-up, and you can tell they truly care about their clients and their situations. If you want a team that shows up, communicates, and delivers real results, these are the people you want on your side. I wouldn’t trust my case with anybody else.

We can’t say enough good things about this firm. From the very first call, Jason was kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring — he helped us understand the process and gave us peace of mind that our daughter’s case was in good hands. Stephanie was outstanding — professional, compassionate, and truly an advocate for her client. She took time to understand the facts and treated our daughter with respect and dignity. I wholeheartedly recommend the staff and attorneys at Garrett, Walker, Aycoth, and Olson. My friend and I were new to the court process and they made it easy to understand and always reassured us. After a confusing experience with a PD they were able to address the situation and get a much more favorable disposition and restitution. We were able to take a step back and trust that everything was handled. I cannot recommend a firm more highly, and want to thank Chad Garrett for his expertise!

Mrs. Elliott is a firecracker in that courtroom. She arrive early and was even present for docket call. This a great team of professionals with excellent knowledge, and ability to explain complex legal processes clearly. I will highly recommend this firm. Jason is very knowledgeable and understanding an he calls, that’s most concerning that they communicate with their clients alway through the process. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to represent on behalf of me. Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication and determination for my case.
