The best experience I have had with an Autobody service. Not only were they kind and accommodating, the work was finished earlier than expected!! Very professional, and great customer service. My car looks fantastic and they even detailed it inside and out!! Definitely recommend!!

I was just here This autobody shop really takes care of there customers with actually caring about the customer. I seen them explain everything to everyone who walked in, while I sat there and even the autobody guy came out to explain everything. Honestly that never happens. We even laughed and enjoyed conversations in a very clean shop with coffee and chocolates. And most importantly as a woman who doesnt work on cars I felt safe and not being taken advantage of with add ons to fix my cute Bronco keeping the cost down. Also they cleaned my bronco inside and out and the front lady made homemade Christmas treats for customers. How thoughtful is that. Thank you! And the last thing, the attention to detail. Explaining how important it was to match the correct paint to be exactly the same so they had to keep my vehical abit longer. Thank you autobody guy whose been a mechanic for 30 years! 20 stars out of 10. Customers Care is so important and being well explained to!!

Some things never change!!! I mean that as a huge compliment. My family have used this company for over 40 year's and they are still as professional from the first job they did to now. Work quality is always great!! The detailed vehicle when picking up is always a nice touch! Thank you Gateway…from a happy customer again.

Fast, friendly and thorough! I love taking my car to Gateway Autobody whenever I have had an accident. The damage estimate takes a bit of time but they look into everything to make sure that you are not left with a deficiency in the end. The damage estimator I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. There's great communication throughout so you know what's happening and when. I love that you can get your rental car right there at their shop - AND they also sell Autopac insurance for your rental so none of this $35 a day business! Just a heads up on that rental...if you have lots of driving to do while you have the rental, it's a maximum of 150 kms a day with a surcharge if you go over. The women in the front office are welcoming, kind and reassuring. All in all, another great experience with Gateway Autobody!
